WristLab is an early-access project of TIME DESIGN LLC, Ukraine ("we"). This page explains what we collect on this website and why. Contact: support@wristlab.sygen.pro.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you submit it, together with your consent, the page language and the answers you chose (for example, your goal or watch model).
• Anonymous usage events: which steps of the page were opened (for example, "viewed price"), the page language and the campaign tags in the link. We use a random session number that is not linked to your device, advertising ID, account or email. We do not use cookies. After you submit your email, your browser keeps a small note (in local storage, on your device only) that you have already joined, so we don't ask you again. It contains no identifier. If you come back after joining, our anonymous statistics record only that this visit was from someone who had already joined, so we don't count you twice.

Why

To tell you when the product launches and to understand whether people are interested in it. If you tick the separate, optional box, we will also email you about other WristLab tools; you can stop this at any time with the unsubscribe link. Legal basis: your consent (email) and our legitimate interest in measuring interest in a product (anonymous events).

What we do not do

We do not take payments on this website, do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and do not collect health data on this page.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until we send the launch email, and for up to 6 months from the day you submitted it. Then we delete it, unless you choose to create an account at launch or you agreed to hear about other WristLab tools — in that case we keep it until you unsubscribe. Anonymous events are kept for up to 12 months and are not linked to your email.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email from us or write to the contact address above. You can also ask us to show, correct or delete your email. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Where data is stored

On a server rented by TIME DESIGN LLC from netcup GmbH (Germany), located in the European Union (Austria).
